North Bay Stage Company presents Sylvia,
a lively, humorous look at how man’s best friend can impact the lives of
others. Performances will be held in
the East Auditorium stage which is located at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts,
50 Mark West Springs Road, Santa Rosa, CA 95403.

Santa Rosa Memorial Park is hosting its second
Mystery Writers in the Mausoleum. Local
mystery writers and dramatists will share stories of suspense, mystery, magic
and the supernatural by candlelight. The free event takes places in the park's
100-year-old mausoleum Still without electricity the Odd Fellows mausoleum is
located at 1900 Franklin Avenue in Santa Rosa.
10 p.m. –
5 p.m. Saturday, October 25 & 26
The California Indian
Basketweaving Association introduces a workshop for the public to get basket
weaving tips, work with the same plant fibers basket weavers use, and are
invited to listen in on a lecture from a ethno-botanist. Enrollment is limited
and pre-registration is required, costing $40- $60. This event will be help at
the Pepperwood Preserve at 3450 Franz Valley Rd. in Santa Rosa.
