The program, Global Climate Change in Marin, runs through May 30, 2016 on Comcast Channel 26 in Novato, and AT&T U-Verse Channel 99 in Novato.

J. Dietrich “Diet” Stroeh, an engineer by trade, managed the Marin Municipal Water District in the midst of one of the worst droughts on record. That experience was the basis for his first book, The Man Who Made it Rain, co-written with Michael McCarthy.

Stroeh who is also a water consultant for the Sonoma County Water Agency is a Director of the Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District and serves on the California Earthquake Authority.

His credits also include a second book, Three Months: A Caregiving Journey from Heartbreak to Healing (FolkHeart Press) and two e-books that provide caregiving tips and resources.
